Ukiha (Ukiha Shi)
Ukiha (うきは市) is a city located in Fukuoka Prefecture, Japan.
The modern city of Ukiha was established on March 20, 2005, from the merger of the former town of Ukiha (浮羽町) absorbing the town of Yoshii (both from Ukiha District).
As of April 30, 2017, the city has an estimated population of 30,431, and a population density of 260 persons per km². The total area is 117.55 km².
Chikugo Yoshii, Ukiha, and Chikugo Ōishi stations are served by JR Kyūdai Main Line.
